Co-Founder for B2B Fintech / Big Data / Data Scientist

Our client is a very promising B2B FinTech. Your full skill set will be required!

They bet on PSD2 which will change the European banking landscape. Based on this trend they have come up with a brilliant B2B business model in credit-scoring based on data analytics, which they are currently putting in place.

The job:

Do you want to own a company and experience the fast-paced life of a founder? Do you want to work in a fair partnership of close highly motivated and qualified co-founders? Then work with us as a Co-Founder, CTO, and partner to build the company. Together with us as the founding team you will go through a huge learning curve:

1. You take full responsibility for the successful design as well as implementation of the company’s business mission by defining and developing all service-related technologies.
2. You manage the implementation of infrastructure and product requirements.
3. You understand QoS, but you are also very pragmatic and are able to quickly deliver prototypes or manage the process for it.
4. You build the IT team and product management function over the next couple of months.

Salary: normal startup salary with >20% equity package, negotiable. Risk-takers are welcome!

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of planning or development of data-intense backend structures.
2. Experience or strong interest in working with big unstructured datasets.
3. Experience or strong motivation to lead IT/product teams or software development projects.
4. Ideally, experience in encryption and security environments/applications.
5. Ideally, basic knowledge of FinTS/HBCI.

In our eyes, credit scoring will hugely benefit from PSD2 and its vast digital disruption in banking, and we want to make perfect use of this opportunity. With our various data-driven online services, customers will from now on be able to receive a better, finer, and more accurate credit scoring.
