Under the supervision of the Distribution Center Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all activities related to the distribution center for our aeronautical customer. He/she will be responsible for receiving merchandise, preparing orders, maintaining inventory and planning various shipments. The breakdown of this role is approximately 50% administrative and 50% floor.Available Shifts:1 on day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.2 on evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.1 on weekend shift: Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Your responsibilities will be as follows:Responsibilities:Check incoming inventory against delivery notes and orders to ensure that all items are on hand, and escalate any discrepancies;Apply identification labels and distribute items to appropriate storage locations (put-away);Operate a forklift to load, unload, transport and store products;Perform order picking;Perform inventory validations;Prepare shipping documents and follow up with carriers;Complete receipts in the WMS system;Complete the necessary documentation and file it according to our customer's needs;Respond to various e-mail requests from the customer and our various partners, regarding upcoming work or emergencies;Plan the materials needed to meet upcoming orders;Participate in production or planning meetings with customers and business partners;Maintain a clean and orderly work environment;Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company health and safety policies and practices;All other related duties.In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:Profile required:Functional English (spoken and written)AEC in logistics or equivalentGood knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook office softwareForklift certification with at least one year's experience3 years' experience in distribution center logisticsOrganizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service orientedTeamwork and collaboration with internal customersGroupe Robert offers you:Employer-sponsored RRSPTelemedicineAttractive professional development opportunitiesGroup insurance and benefitsCorporate discountsState-of-the-art systems and equipmentAgile, efficient and innovative companySafe environment (training, certifications)Groupe Robert is proud to support the diversity of its employees through its terminals in Quebec and Ontario.
