Join us as Control Coordinator Banking Operations Juridical to strengthen our first line of defense within Banking Operations As we scale you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance You will oversee key administrative processes regarding client accountsspecifically managing seizures collective procedures and account closuresto ensure every action is secure compliant and efficient
Partnering closely with the Head of Banking Operations Juridical you will safeguard our administrative operations on client accounts seizures insolvency procedures redress procedures account closures deregistrations You will provide the control frameworks and insights needed to maintain our status as a compliant banking intermediary while enabling us to scale smoothly
As a Control Coordinator Banking Operations Juridical at Qonto you will
Ensure timely execution of monthly controls across all Banking Operations Juridical markets France Germany Italy Spain Netherlands Austria Belgium PortugalDrive automation of control processes to increase efficiency and coverage while reducing manual intervention and potential errorsDesign and implement new controls aligned with evolving team activities and regulatory requirements staying ahead of operational risksAct as the primary point of contact for Internal Control second line of defense facilitating seamless collaboration and information exchangeProduce regular reports on control findings trends and key risk indicators for management and stakeholdersPartner with scope leads to track and monitor countermeasures for identified control issues ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement

About You
