Who will I be working with?

You’ll be part of a small, friendly marketing team of just two colleagues.

Here, everyone counts: your ideas will be heard, you’ll have real responsibility, and you’ll learn quickly from hands-on experience. We work closely, share knowledge openly, and enjoy fun, relaxed moments together – whether brainstorming, grabbing a coffee, or celebrating a successful project.

The following tasks will be part of you role

Digital Communication & Content:

• Help develop and implement online communication strategies
• Write and optimize content for the website, blog, and social media
• Manage campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional networks
• Coordinate with marketing colleagues across the group

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Animate and moderate online discussions
• Engage and grow our professional community
• Create and share content like articles, videos, and webinars

Events & Networking:

• Organize webinars, workshops, and conferences (online and offline)
• Manage logistics for in-person events
• Promote events across social channels

Analysis & Reporting:

• Track the performance of campaigns
• Prepare KPI reports and suggest improvements

What do I bring to the team?

• Currently studying marketing, communication, or a related field
• Enjoy working with digital tools (social media, CMS, email marketing)
• Skilled in creating content with Figma or Canva and in social network strategy and publishing
• Strong writing skills and a creative mindset
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
• Bonus: experience with Atlassian tools
