As a Solidworks certified solution, our software SWOOD provides an efficient and specific response to the highly technical needs of manufacturers in the wood industry.We are looking for a passionate Content Community Manager to join our Marketing Communication Team (2 people). You will be at the heart of our online presence strategy, managing our social media platforms and creating engaging content for our international community.Key responsibilitiesContent Creation- Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement across our social channels- Creation of visual content (for website, e-mailing etc.)- Support and advise our reseller network to increase their digital community- Recording and editing of long format YouTube videos (success stories, technical videos…)- Dive deep into industry topics to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.Community Manager- Foster and support online community to create meaningful connections with our resellers and clients (social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)- Engage directly with users, moderating discussions, answering questions respecting our brand guidelines.- Optimization of the LinkedIn brand’s product pages- Management and creation of community groups- Management of our ambassador program- Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all content platforms by providing an editorial calendar.- Track and analyze community growth and sentiment across social media and online platforms to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.- Monitor content performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.This list is not exhaustive; other missions can be added if necessary.Skills and qualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in content and community managementFully professional proficiency in English is mandatory as our community is internationalExcellent written communication skills (vocabulary, grammar, clarity) and attention to detailsA creative mindset with a proactive approach, willingness to suggest new ideasA first experience in an industrial sector is appreciatedWhat we offerJoin an international and innovative human-sized company (about 35 passionate people)Unlimited Fruits drinks and CoffeeFriendly atmosphere with many internal eventsModern offices close to the beach in La Grande MotteCDI – Statut CadreSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
