Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical and functional support to customers working in the automotive distribution sector, particularly on PR plates.
- Take charge of support requests (Level 2 and 1 if necessary) and ensure their follow-up in internal tools.
- Diagnose technical and functional incidents, draw up analysis reports and propose appropriate solutions.
- Establish and monitor action plans to resolve problems encountered.
- Communicate with customers and partners by telephone and e-mail to keep them informed of actions taken.
- Accurately qualify incidents and pass them on to development teams if correction is necessary.
- Detect emergencies and alert in case of risk of customer dissatisfaction.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and enrich the knowledge base.
️♂️ What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- Experience as an IT or business software support technician
- Experience as a warehouseman or similar position in automobile distribution would be a plus
- Languages: French / English
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of IT tools and business software.
- Use or support of tools such as Sage X3 Warehousing (ex Sage Geode), Sigma WMS or Logys WMS would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Icar DMS would be a plus.
- Knowledge of programming and/or SQL appreciated.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Quick understanding and analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse profiles.
