Candidate Profile A minimum of 10 years of experience. Engineering school/MSc, with possibly a petroleum engineering degree. Fluent in English, French is a plus. Activities: TotalEnergies is looking for a Completions, Intervention, and Subsea Engineer who will join our Drilling and Wells team active in 42 countries worldwide. The position is based in Pau, France; however, several missions within or outside France shall be expected. As a Completions, Intervention, and Subsea Engineer, you will have the following main missions: Be a leader in all HSE aspects of the operations, manage and strive for an incident-free environment. Implement completion, workover, or subsea interventions program in line with our referential. Manage service companies on-site and coordinate activities. Report the operational outcome and liaise permanently with the base. Be part of the Drilling Improvement Process to improve operational efficiency. After some time on-site, you will also have the possibility to apply for a position on a resident basis, in an affiliate as well as in Headquarters with the following duties: Carry out completion, workover, or subsea intervention engineering studies. Support ongoing completions, workover, subsea, and intervention projects in the subsidiaries. Prepare technical documents and participate in meetings/presentations with authorities and partners. Follow up project planning and ensure technical procedures and referential are followed. Be part of the daily operations follow-up (cost, performance...) and propose improvement. Participate in goods and services calls for tenders, writing technical specifications, and evaluating technical proposals.
