Compensation Benefits Manager (all genders) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Benefits (CB) Manager to join our EUSSC team either in Madrid, Paris, or Frankfurt. This role will be responsible for supporting payroll and benefits administration across multiple European countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and optimizing internal policies and processes. Location: we are open to hire someone to be based on-site in one of our offices either in Madrid, Paris, or Frankfurt Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee payroll calculations, process payroll using ADP software, and collaborate with ADP vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary payments. Onboarding Offboarding: Manager the new hire onboarding and offboarding of leavers, including documents preparation, mandatory declarations, final pay check, etc. Leave Absence Management: Administer vacation and leave policies, ensuring correct payroll calculations and lawful execution in compliance with labour laws and local regulations. Employment Contract Administration: Maintain proper documentation and archive employment contracts for easy reference and compliance, ensure proper filing and document management. Social Security Pension Management: Handle social security and pension contributions in accordance with local legal requirements. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and pension service providers to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency. Benchmarking Policy Development: Analyse local market trends in compensation and benefits, support the development and implementation of internal policies, and ensure alignment with business objectives. HRIS Data Management: Maintain payroll and leave-related HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HRSSC data. Compliance Legal Review: Monitor changes in labour regulations, review internal policies for compliance, and drive necessary adjustments or improvement projects to ensure legal adherence. Reporting Analysis: Provide payroll and benefits-related reporting and analytical support to assist in decision-making. Main Requirements: Bachelor#39;s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, compensation benefits, or HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment. Prior team management experience Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software is required. Strong knowledge of European labour laws and social security regulations. Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; additional fluency in any of European language is a plus. We offer...
