Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.Your Role:Assist the Senior Corporate Officer on all legal and corporate matters for client companies, from company incorporation through to dissolution.Assist the team with closing transactions, the preparation of various documents, maintaining statutory records, and the good keeping of the company client files - in accordance with agreed deadlines.Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions, and other Citco offices worldwide.Service periodic board meetings of client companies, including preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation; pursuing matters arising as appropriate.Perform statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts, and any statutory notifications.Responsible for filing legal and other documents and maintaining Citco’s electronic databases.Involved in data input and maintenance of client databases.Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure KYC is complete and maintained.Ad hoc assignments as required.About You:You are a graduate in business and/or corporate law.You have at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration in a similar role.You are willing to further develop company law knowledge.You are highly organized and accurate, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of your portfolio of clients.You can work effectively within a team, as well as individually.You are client-focused, service-minded, and show a dynamic attitude.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – fluent level of English (French/German would definitely be a valuable asset).Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
