To accelerate our mission of becoming Europe's market-leading auction platform and expand our commercial excellence across Continental Europe, we are seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to lead, inspire, and scale our international commercial teams. The opportunity to elevate commercial teams across Continental Europe through coaching, training, and development initiatives that unlock individual potential and accelerate collective performance • These opportunities are grounded in the fundamental characteristics of this position: complete ownership of commercial performance across Continental Europe, including revenue growth, pipeline development, pricing strategy, and key account management. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, build and scale go-to-market models across countries and verticals, and collaborate closely with central platform, data, marketing, automation, and AI teams to leverage every competitive advantage. "You will own the complete commercial performance journey: defining go-to-market strategies that capture market share, evolving sales organizations to meet changing market demands, implementing training and coaching programs that elevate individual and team capabilities, and actively participating in transformation initiatives that integrate our Continental operations. Develops and executes strategic concepts with pronounced hands-on mentality, implementation strength, and excellent sales capabilities • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record that includes these essential elements—though we recognize that exceptional leaders may bring strength in some areas while developing others: • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in senior commercial, business development, or general management roles, with demonstrable impact on organizational performance • Proven track record in building and scaling European or international businesses, or leading complex go-to-market strategies across multiple markets • Experience leading, developing, and inspiring international commercial teams to achieve ambitious targets • These qualifications form the foundation, but we're equally interested in how you've applied them—the transformations you've led, the teams you've built, the strategies you've executed, and the results you've delivered.
