Join our team as a Key Accounts Representative in Belgium!Who are we?INOVANCE TECHNOLOGY France is the French subsidiary of the international INOVANCE group which designs and produces innovative industrial automation solutions dedicated to multiple sectors (machine tools, textiles, food industry, printing, packaging, air compressors, elevators, etc.).Close to our customers and in order to meet their needs, we currently have sites in Bordeaux (Pessac), Rennes, and Lille, and plan to open a branch in Lyon. In strong growth, we benefit from the support of European experts and the financial support of the group. Today, we wish to continue the development of our brand and our products through an ambitious project and thanks to a dynamic team.As such, we are recruiting a Key Accounts Representative on a permanent contract for the Belgian sector.Your main missions:Within the sales team, your mission is to develop the customer portfolio and the turnover of both key account customers and end users in Belgium.To do this, you build loyalty with our key account customers and participate in negotiations.You participate in defining and implementing the sales strategy in the Belgian sector while carrying out competitive monitoring of the market.At the same time, you carry out prospecting work in order to schedule on-site visits.Listening to the customer's needs, you establish relevant offers, you argue and carry out customer follow-ups and reminders.You also represent our company at trade fairs and seminars and regularly collaborate with employees in Europe and China on multinational projects.When you arrive at the company, an integration period is planned to allow you to immerse yourself in the culture of our company, our products and our organization. You will benefit from training to allow you to be autonomous in your position.Your assets to succeed in this role:With a minimum of a Bac +3 qualification, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar position in an innovative industrial environment. You have solid sales skills and you have technical skills in automation, mechanics or mechatronics.Close to customers, you work with the aim of providing them with quality automation solutions leading to their satisfaction.What will make the difference for this position is your excellent communication skills, your strength of proposal, your autonomy and your commercial fiber.
