Job Description
Join a stellar team of leaders and experts in blockchain technology, cryptography, infrastructure, and security to build the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We’re hiring a Commercial Counsel to own and drive all contract‑related legal matters at Dfns. You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to support our growth internationally. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll draft, review, and negotiate contracts and NDAs with clients, partners, and vendors, build scalable templates and processes, and ensure we stay compliant with applicable regulations in fintech and blockchain. You’ll help deals close faster while protecting the company’s interests, balancing legal risk with business goals.
