Cette solution est un des leviers de transformation de la fonction finance. Elle permet d'automatiser les chaînes de production du reporting, apporte de nouvelles capacités d'analyse et répond aux nouveaux enjeux liés à l'omnicanalité. Votre impact chez CHANEL Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projet Senior en charge du pôle EPM, vous viendrez renforcer le pôle EPM au sein de l'équipe SI Finance, rattachée à la Direction Financière, en participant à la maintenance et l'évolution de la solution existante. Vous participerez également à l'identification et à la mise en œuvre des extensions de périmètre telle que l’élaboration budgétaire. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes : Participer à la mise œuvre des évolutions de la solution pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins business, Assurer l'intégration en amont et en aval avec les outils transactionnels, BI, ainsi que les solutions de consolidation mondiale en lien avec les équipes Global Corporate, Participer à l'administration fonctionnelle et technique des composants applicatifs de la solution, Gérer la relation avec les équipes de Contrôle de Gestion des divisions de la région, et au sein de nos entités européennes, Animer la communauté des contrôleurs financiers en mettant en place des outils et canaux de communication innovants. Ce que vous apporterez Vous êtes de formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou diplôme universitaire équivalent). Vous avez une expérience de plus de 5 années sur des solutions EPM et/ou BI dans un environnement financier en entreprise et/ou en cabinet. Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et d'un sens pédagogique, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et organisé(e). Vous avez le souci du détail, et êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication et d’écoute. IS Finance Project Manager/ Functional Lead M/F – EPM Domain (Enterprise Performance Management) FULL TIME – now - Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris area) About the position In 2022, CHANEL deployed a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution based on IBM Planning Analytics (PA) for financial performance analysis and consolidation within the European region. This solution is one of the levers for Finance Transformation at CHANEL. It automates reporting, provides new analysis capabilities, and meets the new challenges of omnichannel activities. Your impact at CHANEL Reporting to the Senior Project Manager in charge of the EPM division, you will strengthen the EPM activity within the Finance IS team, reporting to the Finance Department, by participating in the maintenance and development of the existing solution. You will also be involved in identifying and implementing scope extensions such as budget planning. Your main tasks will be as follows: Participating in the implementation of changes to the solution to meet new business requirements, Ensuring upstream and downstream integration with transactional and BI tools, as well as global consolidation solutions, liaising with the Global Corporate teams, Participate in the functional and technical administration of the solution's application components, Manage relations with the FP&A teams in the region and within our European entities, Lead the FP&A community by implementing innovative communication tools and channels. What you will bring You have a 5-year higher education qualification (engineering or business school or equivalent university degree). You will have more than 5 years' experience of EPM and/or BI solutions in a financial environment in a company and/or consultancy. You have good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teaching, as well as being rigorous and organized. You have an eye for detail and are recognized for your communication and listening skills.
