Reporting to the Director of Methods Processes, your responsibilities will include:Optimizing and modernizing logistics operations at the Autrèche platform and an industrial entity in Machecoul.Deploying 'Methods Process' projects across these sites.Implementing frameworks and methodologies for continuous improvement initiatives.Supporting operational managers in managing HSE issues.Your main missions include:Leading and Facilitating Continuous Improvement Projects:Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies (master plans, methodologies, KPIs).Leading improvement projects and conducting process optimization studies.Organizing workshops with operational teams.Planning and implementing changes, including procedure writing, training, and communication.Supporting Operations and Problem Solving:Analyzing workflows and processes for improvement opportunities.Deploying best practices in logistics.Updating operational procedures.Training teams on new methods and tools.Coordination and Support on HSE, RSE, and Application Aspects:Position status: Executive level. Travel required once a week, with no overnight stays, to Machecoul or other group sites.Profile: Degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience managing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
