Continue reading this announcement!As part of a new position, we are recruiting a Robotics Product Manager (Executive Status - Permanent Contract).Reporting to the RD manager, you will drive the implementation of new products within the company. After analyzing the technical needs of the market and the relevance of these new products, you will draft the product specifications and manage all milestones of RD projects until the product is commercialized. In particular, you will manage a range of products in "Light Automation", collaborating with both internal teams and subcontractors.Your missions include:- Technological monitoring of the product range; namely, the fields of drilling automation, aeronautical assembly, including robotics, vision, quality control, and data management.- Market and customer needs analysis: targeting the expected performance of the product.- Drafting the specifications.- Managing all RD project milestones.- Maintaining a progress schedule for each project.- Organizing meetings with engineering, purchasing, industrialization, service, and logistics teams.- Participating in product development.- Supporting the application expert, participating in the analysis of specifications and drafting technical and commercial proposals.- Making necessary trips to clients during various phases, pre-study, studies, validation, and usage, and being a key player in client reviews.- Conducting project risk analyses.- Organizing the technological transfer from our subcontractors to our internal services.- Coordinating and participating with internal and external stakeholders in product risk analyses until obtaining product certifications in accordance with current standards.- Ensuring compliance with costs, quality, safety, and deadlines of projects.- Ensuring the reliability of logistical information in the ERP during RD and product life phases (standardization).- Being proactive in defining innovative solutions.- Contributing to continuous improvement of the company, being a driving force in adapting our work methods (processes) to the robotics field.- You will be the product reference for a "light automation" robotics range:- The main promoter of this range within the company and division.- You will become a master trainer in robotics to support product skill development and customer support within the division.- You will be the ESD reference for the product range.- You will actively participate in the commercial success of the range and be responsible for the targeted margin levels for the standard range by controlling the cost structure.- You will ensure product compliance with customer requirements, actively participating in and/or conducting validation reports with operational teams.- You will draft user manuals and technical notices.- As a global assembly process expert, you will evolve the product to meet current and future customer requirements.- You are curious and able to adapt technically to various fields adjacent to drilling and assembly; robotic programming, vision, communication protocols, certification, management, and analysis of data from various automated fields.- Due to your position, you may be occasionally solicited for ancillary activities related to project team needs.What we expect from you:You hold an engineering degree or a Bac + 5 in Mechanics with significant professional experience in project management, design, electromechanics, special machines, and one or more of the following fields: aeronautical assembly, robotics, vision systems, communication protocols, preferably in an industrial environment.You have general knowledge in mechanics, project management, industrialization, quality, and software.Knowledge of Creo, mastery of Office XP, MS Project or equivalent, ERP notions, Pmdlink.Autonomous, agile, rigorous, engaged, you have a real mobilizing spirit, federating, communication skills, rigor, priority management, team reliability, and leadership, as well as a strong sensitivity to innovation and new technologies/testing methodologies.A good command of English is also required (C1).Position based in Collégien (77).Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice.Bright ideas come from all of us.
