By executing the IT sourcing strategy, you will support the Kingfisher Group’s IT Strategy and outlined objectives. Reporting into the Head of Commercial and Vendor Management for IT you will be tasked with end to end IT Procurement management, analysis & reporting, and vendor management. Working within the IT Procurement team you will be procuring across Software, Hardware, Services and Telecoms with an in-scope spend of £40+ million. What's the job IT Procurement within the following categories, Software, Hardware, Services and Telecoms - Development and implementation of the yearly procurement plan ensuring alignment and consistency with the IT Sourcing strategyLead evaluation and decision process for supplier selection in accordance with Kingfisher IT policies and proceduresEnsure Group scale is leveraged for Procurements through close communication with wider Commercial team and IT stakeholders.Identify cost reduction opportunities. Coordinate, plan & execute benchmarksAnalysis and monitoring of IT sourcing and commercial trends.Ensure that all procurement requests are properly authorised, and the appropriate due diligence and approvals are carried out prior to contract signature.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that demand is effectively understood, IT procurement plans are bought into and stakeholders have the procurement information they need to support effective decision making.
