We are directly instructed by the senior management team of a highly ambitious and growing independent business law firm in Paris to help with the appointment of a Banking/Project Finance partner.

Our client is a highly rated and astutely managed mid-size boutique business law firm, which specialises in navigating businesses through the legal, regulatory and commercial considerations of projects, transactions and disputes within highly regulated sectors. Notably in energy, infrastructure and mobility. Their multi-disciplinary expertise covers Corporate, Finance, Real Estate Project Development, ESG issues, Public Law, Employment, and commercial dispute resolution, on a national and international level.

The firm are now seeking to appoint an established Banking & Finance partner to their transactional practice group. The ideal candidate will be a versatile Finance lawyer with core expertise in Project and complex Real Estate Finance. The firm’s Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate practices would enable considerable opportunities for a lawyer with such a profile.
