Position SummaryThe AVP of Encompass Administration is responsible for defining RoundPoint management and usage of the Encompass LOS. The incumbent is responsible for directing all day-to-day Encompass administration, providing technical expertise and support to the entire team as well as users.The AVP Encompass Administration reports to the Vice President of Information Technology and works closely with Executive Leadership, Compliance, Information Security, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage a team of administrators and analysts to build and maintain Encompass changes and support of the applicationLead team in monitoring Encompass to ensure all business/operational needs are met and reports/resolves defects, errors, and configuration issues are reported to the appropriate contacts/team membersManage team to work assigned helpdesk tickets within established SLAWorking with the lines of business and the Product Manager, review requested enhancements, translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, develop and implement changesUses/implements form coding and form development within Encompass LOS and writes form-based validation as neededManage and monitor Encompass’ systems updates and enhancements, and oversees system configuration updatesServe as in-house expert and application expert on Encompass capabilitiesParticipate in developing a product roadmap to meet business needsLeads team in performing routine testing to ensure/maintain full operability EncompassDemonstrates a high level of technical problem solving in providing solutions for internal staff; resolving issues and troubleshooting in timely mannerServe as the primary liaison between RoundPoint and system technology provider and Escalate issues to providers when necessaryIncumbent will be responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to complianceMinimum RequirementsQualificationsRequired:A combination of education and/or recent work experience5-8 years of recent Mortgage industry experience5-8 years of recent Encompass Administration experienceRecent knowledge of writing business rules in EncompassAble to work well in a fast-paced environmentDesired:4-year bachelor’s degree in the fieldEncompass Administrator CertificationRoundPoint’s Employee Value Proposition:Grow.
