You will join a dynamic team on projects related to governance/management of the establishment, closely involved in implementing quality management and risk management. The role comprises four axes: QUALITY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT, and COMMUNICATION. The description is not limiting; additional missions may be discussed according to your interests and preferences. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibQUALITY: /b Deploy quality policy and risk management, implement and monitor action plans, prepare and follow committees, update tools and strategic dashboards, manage quality with process pilots, develop procedures, collect and monitor indicators, animate work groups, implement internal audit programs, analyze patient satisfaction, develop the Blue Kango tool (custom tool creation platform), liaison with authorities (certification, inspection visits, authorization dossier), pilot the document management system, and ongoing governance. /lilibSECURITY: /b Monitor and analyze adverse event declarations (CREX/RMM, etc.), update and monitor risk maps a priori. /lilibENVIRONMENT: /b Promote policy and implement actions related to the environment: sustainability, social and societal environmental aspects. /lilibCOMMUNICATION: /b Contribute to the communication plan: create communication tools, manage internal/external communications with bodies and professionals, organize events and public health actions.
