Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking an Assistant Food Beverage ManagerJOIN OUR 'OHANAThe Assistant Food Beverage Manager will be based in the Pool and Malibu Farm restaurant within the hotel. They will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet while maintaining a high level of guest service. We are looking for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.The Opportunity:The Assistant Food Beverage Manager will work closely with the Pool Experience Malibu Farm Manager to oversee and run the daily operation of the Pool and Malibu Farm restaurant. They will enjoy leading a team of passionate hospitality professionals through training, motivating, and coaching.What We Look For:Ideal candidates will have at least one to two years of management experience within food beverage operations. The leader in this role will have the ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle concerns or special requests for guests. Knowledge of food beverage service as well as operating food beverage computer systems is required. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
