With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 GWh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.In joining us, you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure to shape the future of European mobility.As a Procurement Operation Analyst, you will contribute actively to our acquisition processes, particularly to the Purchase Orders Process (PR set up till PO emission) and manage execution including recurring/non-recurring purchases and settlement processes for our future Gigafactory.ResponsibilitiesManage execution of buying activities for recurrent purchases (Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, Source to Contract): will cover both equipment (capex) and materials (non-capex) procurement operations execution. Large scope need coverage mainly focused on Indirect Procurement (out off articles in Bill of Material).Manage transactional buying activities for one-off/ad-hoc purchases (including capex). SAP workflow PR to PO and guide the Requester in order to improve their practice.Check Process flow in SAP, sanity check on documents based on good knowledge of Procurement processes.Contribute to developing procurement processes and procedures to ensure continuity and consistency of work tasks.Contribute to manage supplier base in ERP (creation, modification account,..) linked to finance procedure.Contribute to manage vendors claim, investigate and propose solution linked to processes and propose process improvement. Propose escalation, with other Verkor departments.Capable to address PO portfolio and alert on delivery issues, interact directly with our suppliers.Capable to run basic negotiation with vendors.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in complete ‘purchase cycle’ and ERP systems: SAPCustomer focus (internal - external), strong cooperation with Finance, Procurement, and LogisticsAttention to detailsAlert and escalateCapacity to work in a team, collaborate with othersPrevious similar experience.
