We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.We are looking for an HSE apprentice for our Arnage site (approx. 260 employees).ResponsibilitiesSet up an efficient and relevant document repository grouping together HSE documentation: HSE procedures, instructions and operating modes (inventory, drafting, updating, communication, technical communication - organization of information) in collaboration with the quality department.Implement actions to limit energy consumption on site (environmental and financial aspects) in collaboration with the maintenance department (e.g. solar panels, etc.).Support the HSE manager in training, communication, audits (internal and external), prevention (PDP, management of safety observations reported by employees, group safety training, etc.).Implementation of risk management and improvement actions (single occupational risk assessment document, SEIRICH chemical risk assessment, psycho-social risk assessment) in collaboration with the HSE manager, the HR manager and occupational medicine.Preparation of the HSE MASE renewal audit (required by our oil & gas customers) based on the 2022 audit report, with a view to the 2025 audit. Carry out audits at customer sites.Ensure the safety and compliance of the high-pressure test area (static and dynamic testing of our pumps: leak tightness and ability to withstand the pressure required by the customer) in accordance with Flowserve policy (definition of area plans / layout of the area / communication with the group / monitoring of work) with the support of the CIP, HSE, maintenance, workshop and corporate teams.Improve and maintain the level of safety associated with 5S.Work in collaboration with the CIP department to implement 5S continuous improvement actions aimed at limiting safety risks (risk of falls from ground level, cuts or shocks to hands during manual activities in the workshop, crushing ...).Requirements:Good level of English (reading and writing).Team spirit and interpersonal skills.Autonomy and initiative.
