They must be able to think creatively and outside of the box to deliver effective ad experiences for a wide range of clients. /p pThis role is at the heart of Locala’s mission to deliver innovative, high‑impact campaigns. /p pThe Advertising Designer works with an omnichannel mindset, meaning that they are able to create ads for any touchpoints of the consumer journey while leveraging the latest technologies to maximize engagement. /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liDesign and develop digital creative ad formats with Adobe Suite and Ask Locala Ad Builder proprietary platform following client needs. /li liApply and respect customers’ brand identities to digital ads (from mobile, desktop, DOOH, CTV). /li liLayout and design ads. /li liMaster constraints and limits required within mobile environment development and creation. /li liMeet with other team members to maintain good communication within the design team. /li liTrack and analyze ad performance metrics on campaigns to ensure ads deliver results and exceed client expectations. /li liResearching consumer behavior, market trends, and new technology that could influence the effectiveness of different advertising methods. /li liBrainstorming ideas for new advertising experiences or services that could be marketed to consumers. /li /ul h3Knowledge Required /h3 ul liProfessional French and English mandatory. /li liBasic fundamentals of HTML5 and CSS3 integration are mandatory. /li liHigh level of Photoshop and After Effects required, with good knowledge of the Adobe Suite. /li liIdeally minimum 3 years of agency experience or equivalent. /li liExperience working with global brands and delivering impactful campaigns. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liGraduated from a Design/Graphic Arts school. /li liDigital and mobile‑first profile. /li liPassionate about pushing creative boundaries to enhance user engagement. /li liTeam Spirit, rigorous, polyvalent, and independent. /li /ul pTo apply, please include a portfolio demonstrating your creative range and most relevant advertising work.
