Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de Contrôle de Gestion Programme et l’équipe Comptabilité. br* English : *brAs Central Project Controller apprentice, you will support Central Controlling for ACS and be in our Toulouse facility. You will work closely with the Program Controlling team and the Accounting Team. br*YOUR DAY TO DAY *br*FR : *brGestion des temps et des charges : br* Support à la saisie des temps dans les outils internes br* Préparation de rapports d’analyse d’heures consommées vs budget br* Suivi et reporting des heures consommées sur les Work Packages (ADS), participation aux réunions hebdomadaires de suivi brSuivi achats et ordres internes : br* Création et/ou validation des demandes d’achats au quotidien br* Création, gestion et archivage des « Work Orders » br* Suivi des signatures et stockage dans les dossiers partagés Finance brStructuration financière des projets : br* Création et mise à jour de la hiérarchie des programmes et des centres de profit brSupport au pilotage et reporting financier : br* Support au développement et à la mise à jour des outils de reporting (ex. rapports centres de coûts) br* Contribution à la consolidation des données pour le reporting global br* Participation au processus de clôture mensuelle brSupport au processus budgétaire : br* Appui au processus de remontée du plan de charge (Bottom-Up Workload) brbr*English : *brTime and Workload Management:br* Support for time entry in internal toolsbr* Preparation of analysis reports on hours consumed vs. budgetbr* Monitoring and reporting of hours consumed on Work Packages (ADS), participation in weekly follow-up meetingsbrProcurement and Internal Orders Follow-Up:br* Creation and/or validation of purchase requests on a daily basisbr* Creation, management, and archiving of Work Ordersbr* Signature tracking and storage in shared Finance foldersbrbrProject Financial Structuring:br* Creation and update of program hierarchy and profit centersbrSupport for Financial Management and Reporting:brbr* Support in the development and update of reporting tools (e.g., cost center reports)br* Contribution to data consolidation for overall reportingbr* Participation in the monthly closing processbrbrSupport for Budget Process:br* Assistance in the Bottom-Up Workload planning* process*brbr*YOUR PROFILE *br*FR : *br* Diplôme de niveau Master en administration des affaires, finance, ou comptabilité analytique br* Expérience/connaissances en contrôle de gestion br* Connaissances de base en comptabilité br* Langues : français et anglais (niveau professionnel) br* Maîtrise des outils MS Office, en particulier Excel. La connaissance de SAP est un plus br* Compétences relationnelles : dynamique, proactif(ve), esprit d’initiative et créatif(ve) brbr*English : *br* Master degree in Business administration, Finance, Analytical accounting br* Controlling experience/background br* Accounting basics understanding br* Languages: French English (professional) br* MS Office, in particular Excel.
