Job Description
The Accounts Assistant will cover much of:* Input of Purchase Ledger Invoices* Input of Sales Ledger Invoices* Management of SAP, keeping them update to date and reconciled.* Preparation of weekly payment runs* Processing Payments/Receipts* Bank and petty cash reconciliations* Credit Control* Journal Postings* Dealing with Customer/Supplier requests, and collaboration with customer services on ad hoc finance queries.* Management of open PO and GRPO, working with account managers across the business, chasing timely receipting and delivery of invoices.* Maintain/facilitate other ad hoc finance queries
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant will have previous exposure to a similar level of role and be able to show where they have covered all daily Bookkeeping tasks within an SME environment
