We are now seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations as we continue to grow. /ph3Position Overview: /h3pAs our Accountant, you will manage day-to-day financial activities, maintain accurate records, and provide insightful financial analysis. You will play a critical role in ensuring our operations remain financially sound while supporting the creative work that defines Lyon Interior Design. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. /liliReconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. /li /ulh3Reporting Analysis: /h3ulliGenerate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. /liliAssist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic decision‑making. /li /ulh3Compliance Documentation: /h3ulliEnsure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary filings. /liliCollaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits. /li /ulh3Administrative Support: /h3ulliMaintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation. /liliAssist with ad hoc financial projects and process improvements. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /liliProven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within a small business or creative environment. /liliProficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. /liliStrong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. /liliCPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
