You will be responsible for global invoicing, payables, cash management, payroll, monthly journal entries, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, data, and revenue operations. /ppWe are offering a salary of €35 - €45 a year for this position. We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team of three (a CFO and two accountants — one based in the US and one in France.) /ppAs an Accountant, you will support accurate and timely general ledger activities and ensure compliance with our financial policies. This role plays a vital part in daily accounting operations and contributes to the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting across the company. You will own global invoicing, payables, and cash management and help with payroll, monthly journal entries, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. /ppYou will work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, data, and revenue operations. /ph3Essential Functions and Responsibilities: /h3ulliAssist with global month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations. /liliOwn Global Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes by ensuring timely customer invoicing and vendor payments. /liliAssist with global payroll functions. /liliPrepare routine journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with expense analysis. /liliProvide audit support by gathering requested documentation and preparing audit schedules. /liliHelp compile tax-related information and coordinate with external tax consultants as needed. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures. /li /ulpOur team is now composed of over 70 people who are good at a great number of tasks, both at work and elsewhere, and who are not alike.
