This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with accountancy practice experience to progress their career within a supportive and dynamic environment. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pAs an Accountancy Practice Client Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, supporting them with a wide range of accounting and tax matters. This pivotal position offers strong progression prospects and the chance to play a key role in mentoring junior team members and strengthening client relationships. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact and providing day-to-day support. /li liDeliver technical advice and guidance across accounting and taxation issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. /li liReview accounts and tax returns prepared by junior staff to maintain accuracy and quality. /li liMentor and support junior team members, helping them develop their professional skills. /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance client services through business development, cross-selling, and advisory work. /li liCollaborate with senior colleagues on tax planning and advisory projects. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liACA, ACCA, or AAT qualified (or equivalent). /li liPrior experience working within an accountancy practice is essential. /li liStrong technical knowledge in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory services. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProficient with accounting software and digital tools. /li liStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /li /ul h3Desirable Attributes /h3 ul liCommercial awareness and sound business understanding. /li liExperience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues. /li liProactive, solutions-focused approach. /li liAbility to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team. /li /ul h3COMPANY BENEFITS /h3 ul liCompetitive salary up to £40,000 per annum /li liAuto-enrolment pension scheme /li liFree on-site parking /li liHybrid working model (some home working available) /li li23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays /li liStandard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm /li liAdditional benefits to be discussed at interview. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
