Ready to get started? /p pbMain responsibilities: /b /p ulliTechnical and people leadership and guidance for engineering and agile teams /liliDeveloping high performance, highly available scalable applications with a micro-services architecture and an understanding of observability /liliAdd to our existing services or roll out new services to support the needs /liliParticipate in defining new product requirements and design together with the product team /liliBuilt the team from the ground up, in collaboration with the other Accelerators. Create a space that people love to work in /liliBe a driving part of the MS Accelerator leadership team  /liliYou build it, you run it /liliYou’re not expected to write code, but be very close to it and be able to provide guidance to the teams  /li /ul h1iAbout you /i /h1 pYou'll have significant experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, preferably within manufacturing or product development, as well as experience of: /p ulliEvaluating performance, providing objectives and actionable feedback /liliScaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolving systems by influencing changes that improve reliability and velocity /liliPractice in performing sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems /li /ul pbRequired Skills and Qualifications: /b /p ulliFluent in English and French /liliExcellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders /liliTrack-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment /liliMS in software engineering or computer science or equivalent  /li /ul pWe have a diverse stack and if you are willing to work with a microservices approach, we are open-minded about your technology preferences.
