By doing so, we provide rapid insights on our drugs' efficacy and safety. Within this product line, two key products can make a true difference in bringing our treatments to market months earlier and saving significant time for our RD teams, allowing them to focus on science.About the roleIn this role, you will serve two critical functions: As a senior leader acting as the effective CEO of a key RD digital product portfolio, where you will define product strategies, oversee a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge solutions, and champion a culture of innovationAs a key member of the RD Accelerator leadership team - an innovation entity that defines new agile mindset for developing differentiating digital products. In this capacity, you will be a change champion, driving transformation not only within your teams but across the entire ecosystemYour dual role positions you at the intersection of product development and organizational transformation, where you will: Shape the future of digital innovation in RDDrive the adoption of agile mindsetLead by example in implementing innovative practicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentationInfluence and align stakeholders across the broader RD organizationMain Responsibilities: Collaborate with Development Leaders, RD Digital Development stakeholders to refine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RD digital productsLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous optimizationEnsure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologiesBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product and engineering professionalsEnsure each digital product is truly differentiating and embeds several killer featuresMeasure and report the business impact of digital products to executivesRecruit, lead, and support a diverse and talented team in partnership with the PC functionIdentify, document, and disseminate best practices in Agile, product management, and related disciplines across all RD Accelerator product podsPromote and manage reusability and urbanization of features across digital accelerator productsAbout youYou'll have significant experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, preferably within RD or product development. As well as experience of: Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and ongoing optimizationExtensive experience with Agile development methodologies and their practical applicationUnderstanding of AI/ML principles, applications, and their potential to enhance the RD processAbility to conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify product opportunitiesProven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and deliver measurable resultsFamiliarity with the RD processProven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance managementRequired Skills and Qualifications: Fluent in English and FrenchExcellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholdersTrack-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environmentStrong cross-functional leadership and influencing skillsStrong project management skillsMaster's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific fieldWhy choose us?We provide a highly open and collaborative environment, with an opportunity to work with a world class team.
